Cancellation & Refund Policy

At URBAN NEST HOMESTAYS, we strive to ensure a seamless and satisfying experience for every guest. We understand that travel plans can change, and our cancellation and refund policies are designed to be fair and transparent for both guests and hosts.

1. Booking Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the check-in date are eligible for a 100% refund.

Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will be subject to a one-night retention charge.

No Show: In case of a no-show without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

2. Early Check-Out Policy

If a guest decides to check out early, the unused nights are non-refundable, unless due to a verifiable issue with our property or services.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following situations:

If the guest cancels within the allowed time frame as per our policy.

If the guest reports a major issue with cleanliness, facilities, or safety upon arrival and chooses not to stay.

If we, for any reason, are unable to honor the confirmed booking.

4. Guest Complaints & Resolutions

If you find the accommodation not as described, or experience service issues, please notify our team within 12 hours of check-in.

We will do our best to resolve the issue or provide an alternate arrangement.

Refunds in such cases are processed after verification by our support team.

5. How Refunds Are Processed

Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 1–2 working days to the original method of payment.

Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.

6. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Last-minute cancellations (less than 48 hours before check-in).

No-show without prior notice.

Violations of property rules or early eviction due to misconduct.

Bookings made under “non-refundable” promotional rates.
